“AGAINST ALL ADVICE, I STUPIDLY BOUGHT CARPET FROM AN ONLINE SUPPLIER BECAUSE THE PRICE WAS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. AND IT WAS. IT TURNED UP WITH THE HESSIAN BACKING PEELING OFF THE PILE, FRAYED LOOPS, AND DISCOLOURED FROM WHAT LOOKED LIKE WATER DAMAGE. I HAD TO FIND A LOCAL FITTER WHO MADE A TOTAL HASH OF IT. ALL MY OWN DOING OF COURSE. WHEN I SPOKE TO DOMINIC, DESPITE NOT BUYING THE CARPET FROM W&G AND I WOULDN’T BLAME HIM IF HE DIDN’T, HELPED ME & MANAGED TO GET A NEW CARPET FROM THE MANUFACTURER AND FITTED IT PERSONALLY FOR ME. I CAN’T TELL YOU HOW GRATEFUL I AM, AND WILL NEVER MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AGAIN. ”

First and foremost, they have really incredible customer service, and they go the extra mile to ensure you’re happy with your flooring choice and the work. I was able to ask lots of questions, they did multiple itemised quotes for me and even offered to let me borrow a showroom sample to help cement my final choice. Hannah was a joy to deal with — extremely kind and always helpful. Our fitter was lovely and quick.
They also left us with a small gift when the job was complete and followed up with a very kind email thanking us for our custom — which I thought was a lovely touch.
For what was I’m sure a very small job for their business, I’m blown away by the exceptional service provided. Clearly no customer/job is too small which is wonderful to see. Highly recommended.”
