Four siblings; two brothers who have been fitting floors together with the dream to run their own business and two sisters with a passion for interior design and creating homes.
Together we are Wolff & Grace and would love to help you with any query you may have.
Dominic Mcilmail
The head of the family business, Dominic has spent the last 20 years in the flooring industry, specialising in both domestic and commercial renovation.
In 2015, the siblings began renovating properties and Dominic set his sights on setting up Wolff & Grace.
Opening in 2018, the family now work together running North London's premier destination for luxury flooring solutions for domestic and commercial properties.
Hannah Mcilmail
The youngest of the four, Hannah has forged a career focusing on customer service and marketing.
After a decade at John Lewis, Hannah has perfected her skills in product knowledge, problem-solving and project management.
Hannah also has a keen interest in interior design, working with her sister Grace on the dressing and decorating of the family’s property developments.
Hannah heads up the shop floor at Wolff & Grace, whether it’s supplying, fitting or expert advice you are after, she would love to offer you a helping hand in your next flooring project.
Grace Starbrook (nee Mcilmail)
Grace is the head of the finance team at the family business, looking after invoicing and accounts.
Accurate and meticulous, Grace’s job is to ensure that a client’s project gets completed on time - and on budget.
Adam Mcilmail
The younger of the brothers, the boys have worked together for over a decade.
At Wolff & Grace, Adam heads up the installation and fitting team. He has a wealth of knowledge, an eye for detail and is a perfectionist.
For Adam, if there is a job to do, it must be done precisely.
Zsolt Baka
Zsolt joined us in 2020 to originally cover Hannah’s maternity leave, and has been with us ever since, as we simply couldn’t be without him.
Zsolt is our operations manager, who has a wealth of high-end customer service in fine dining in New York, USA.
Originally from Budapest, Hungary, Zsolt is efficiency personified, a multitasker with knack for detail.
